What are bamboo t shirts?

 Our mens bamboo T shirts are standard T shirts; if someone were to hand you one, you wouldn’t know the difference from any other available on the market today - except perhaps for the fact it’d be incredibly soft to the touch! You can wear bamboo T shirts exactly as you would with standard cotton or polyester options, only with an extra layer of comfort thanks to the softness these shirts are able to provide.

These T shirts are different due to their composition rather than their function and wearability. Our bamboo tee shirts are made from 70% bamboo viscose fibres, blended with 30% organic cotton to produce the finished fabric. As the bamboo is grown in a sustainable way, this production technique helps to ensure that our T shirts are able to look great and contribute to environmental conservation.

Are there any care instructions for bamboo T shirts?

We recommend that our mens bamboo T shirts are only washed on a cool cycle for two reasons:

• Cool washes are known to be better for the environment than warm or hot washes
• The cool wash cycle will also help to preserve the fabric, so you can enjoy your men’s bamboo T shirt for as long as possible!

In addition to washing on a cool cycle, we also recommend that you avoid ironing directly over the print of the T shirt. This is due to the composition of the materials used to make the print rather than the bamboo component of the fabric, but it’s still a useful point to keep in mind when caring for your shirt.
